Located in Warner Beach and offering breathtaking views, 3 Franca Villa is the ideal coastal retreat for a small family or friends.

The spacious apartment can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. Guests share a bathroom fitted with a toilet, washbasin, and a bath with an overhead shower. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The open-plan living area includes a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery, along with a breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine is also available. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 4-seater dining table and a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV. Sliding doors open onto a furnished balcony where guests can enjoy meals alfresco, complete with a braai stand.

Secure parking is provided for the duration of the stay. Guests can enjoy direct beach access, while Winkle Rocks is just 1.1 km away for those wishing to explore the area.
