Description

30 Chakas Rock Chalet is a newly renovated self-catering holiday apartment with stunning ocean views overlooking the picturesque putt-putt course and its tranquil water features. This unique seaside holiday complex offers all the amenities of a holiday resort.

The ground-floor apartment accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second has 2 single beds. A sleeper couch in the lounge is suitable for children. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests must bring their own swimming towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and kettle. The dining and lounge areas offer comfortable seating, and for entertainment, a TV and free Wi-Fi are available.

Guests have access to a covered patio with a dining table and a built-in private braai. Shared facilities include a large communal swimming pool and kiddies pool, tennis court, putt-putt course, and a children’s play area with a trampoline. The chalet includes a dedicated covered parking bay conveniently located near the apartment, providing an easy, level walk.

The property is ideally situated near shopping centres, restaurants, and excellent beach walks. It is approximately 450 metres from Chakas Rock Beach to the north and Thompson’s Bay Beach to the south, featuring its famous tidal pool and the iconic Hole in the Wall.
