Quite a few discrepancies to what was advertised. Good location but the actual property needs a lot of maintenance. As seasoned travellers you can get better value from a 2-star hotel. No microwave even though it's advertised as so, this changed our meal plans which cost more. We had to go to the gate to pick up from Mr Delivery as no code could be generated for access. No secure parking, broken stair rails, a fridge dysfunctional, torn bedding, unusable cupboards (rusted), cat hair causing allergies and stench on furniture. Bathroom bins were not cleaned. For a house that was supposed to be serviced, there was no replenishment of toilet rolls etc. Bedroom door was jammed with elderly occupants, security was notified, door had to be removed but instead of an apology, host told us not to destroy her house even though we tried to reach her throughout the process. No emergency contact in place. While walking past the garage, water gushing was heard, the domestic toilet was leaking water from the time they left on the 30/12 til we discovered it on the 1/01, same problem with one of the bedroom toilets, we had to shut off the water before leaving.
