Very poor service from the host in attending to issues. The shower in the bathroom was broken. The host was informed. The maintenance guy did a shoddy repair job. The shower was spraying everywhere. The host was informed again and responded with a message that the maintenance guy was going to purchase a new shower head. That did not happen. Paid over £12,000 for 5 nights. I'm truly disappointed. The host did not even follow up or call to check if all is well.
