Description

34 La Vista is a ground-level apartment in a secure complex in Mtwalume on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, situated between Scottburgh and Hibberdene.

This accommodation can host up to 4 guests and is furnished with a queen-size bed and a double sleeper couch. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, basin, and toilet. All bedding is provided, but guests need to bring their towels.

The air-conditioned studio apartment features an open-plan kitchen, sleeping area, and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, ice machine, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge includes a TV with an OpenView decoder, and guests are welcome to bring their own DStv decoder. Comfortable seating, including the sleeper couch, creates a relaxing environment. The unit opens out to the braai facilities, and both sliding doors are fitted with security trellis doors.

The apartment is situated in a secure complex with 24-hour security. The complex offers two communal swimming pools, four braai areas, trampolines, a jungle gym, swings, and a tennis court. Children can play safely throughout the complex, making it a family-friendly environment.
