I wouldn't book again, much better options available in that price bracket. Pros: 1. Excellent location in Seapoint near restaurants and shops. 2. Easy check-in and checkout process. Cons: 1. Located on the 2nd floor with no lifts, tiring flights of stairs. 2. No parking on site, you'll have to park on the road which is almost always full and thus, you end up parking far and having to walk a long distance to get back to the house (unsafe and not nice). 3. No security guard at the lobby even though there is a space for them to sit. 4. Massively overpriced for the services offered. The room is average at best when compared to the other accommodations in Cape Town: the bed is not comfortable, no headrest, curtains have gaps (no privacy), the house is just not welcoming (we tried to go out as much as possible to limit using the room only for sleep), no A/C, forced to open sliding doors with neighbours being noisy.

Comfortable room. The room was excellent with all amenities. Excellent location near shops. Cons: no house sink, lots of stairs for the elderly. No parking on site although they promise it.
