Enjoy a coastal getaway located in a secure estate in Ballito, an affluent coastal town in KwaZulu-Natal. This is the ideal place for guests seeking a relaxing getaway. The Santorini Estate has direct access to 2 stunning beaches. The first is the beautiful Perissa Beach immediately in front of the apartment, which offers privacy for Santorini guests even though it is next door to Ballito's Main Beach.
The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 6 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.
The living space features a lounge with a Smart TV with DStv and comfortable couches. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave. There is also a washing machine for added convenience.
Step outside onto the balcony that features an outdoor dining area, ideal for al fresco dining with a stunning sea view. Guests can unwind on the sun loungers and will have access to the communal swimming pool, kids' playpark, braai facilities, free Wi-Fi and secure parking.
Perissa Beach has a small tidal pool and offers swimming although there are no lifeguards. The second option is the popular Thompson's Bay Beach which features the charming Hole-in-the-Wall and a 100m long tidal pool with colourful fish for hours of tranquil, safe snorkelling.
The apartment is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and Ballito's main beaches. The Simbithi golf course is next door to Santorini, while the Zimbali and Umhlali golf courses are a 10-minute drive away. King Shaka International Airport is a 20-minute drive from the estate.
