Located within the secure and sought-after Caribbean Estates, 38 Montego Bay is a spacious split-level villa offering relaxed coastal living with beautiful estuary views and easy access to the estate’s leisure facilities.
The spacious home comfortably accommodates 6 adults and 2 children across 4 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet and a bath with an overhead shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom is fitted with 2 single child-only beds. The remaining loft room has a double sleeper couch for additional sleeping space. Guests share the use of 2 bathrooms, both fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table and a lounge furnished with comfortable couches and a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. For added entertainment, guests can enjoy a game of table tennis, and beach towels are provided for convenience.
