4 Msintsi Simbithi Eco Estate is a charming, solar-equipped townhouse nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac within the renowned Simbithi Eco Estate. It accommodates a maximum of 4 adults and 3 children, offering a peaceful retreat.
The townhouse features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom includes a bunk bed- single on top and euro size at the bottom with an extra pull-out single mattress. This bedroom is suitable for 3 children only. The second bathroom is small and fitted with a shower.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, and crockery. The living area offers a dining table, comfortable seating, and a TV. The house is fitted with solar panels, which runs all plug points off of it. It does not run the aircon, geyser, stove, or oven.
Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful garden with a trampoline and a swing. There is a built-in braai and outside lounge. The jungle gym is just beyond the garden hedge on the cul-de-sac driveway. The estate offers a range of amenities, including swimming pools, padel courts, boules, dog parks, fishing dams, and scenic golf course strolls after hours.
