Shower heads need replacement but overall, the stall is ok. The biggest issues were the showers. Both shower heads are blocked and force you to move around trying to get water. The drainage system in the two showers is blocked as well as the basin downstairs. On price vs what you get, I think the price is a bit high. I have considered the area and the surroundings as well as convenience but still feel it's a bit high. The desk in the small bedroom really helps a lot as you can still do some work, so bravo on that one.
