Aquila Studio is located on the owner’s property in Waterkloof Rif and offers convenient accommodation for short stays.

The studio sleeps up to 3 guests and features an open-plan sleeping area with a double bed and a three-quarter bed. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided. The unit is equipped with air-conditioning, a bar fridge, microwave, kettle, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. There are no dishwashing facilities for cutlery, as these are replaced daily. WiFi is available, and there is no TV.

Secure undercover parking is available on the property, which is fitted with an alarm system. Small dogs are allowed by prior arrangement.

The property is located close to local amenities, including Kloof Hospital, Waterkloof High School, and Wolwespruit Cycling and Trail Park. Soltech is approximately 5 km away.
