Description
51 on Arum is a charming self-catering house located beneath the Robberg Nature Reserve in a secure estate in Plettenberg Bay. The property offers a tranquil setting with birdlife, scenic gardens, two dams, and a communal swimming pool. The nearest Blue Flag beach is within a 10-minute walk, and a nearby shopping mall provides a Checkers, Dischem, bottle store, hairdresser, and additional shops.
The house accommodates 6 guests in three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, toilet, and heated towel rail. The second bedroom has a three-quarter bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds, sharing a bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, toilet, and heated towel rail. Linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area includes two fridge-freezers, a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, and crockery. A scullery contains a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, and clothesline. The dining area seats six, while the lounge has comfortable seating, a TV with DStv, air-conditioning, a fireplace, a reading corner, and complimentary Wi-Fi. An inverter ensures power continuity during outages.
Doors from the kitchen and dining area open onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining area and a Weber kettle braai. Secure parking is provided next to the front door, and a single garage is available for trailer or bicycle storage. Wheelchair access will soon be available from the driveway to the patio and into the house.
