Description

510 Odeon is a comfortable self-catering apartment boasting beautiful sea views from both the lounge and the main bedroom. This property offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere and lovely, unobstructed ocean vistas. Located just 60 meters from the beach, it provides guests with easy access to the sun, sand, and sea.

The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom with a shower. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are requested to bring their own beach towels.

The unit offers a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, and a washing machine, as well as a breakfast counter and stools. The open-plan lounge and dining area features a comfortable couch and includes a smart TV with a full DStv package and free Wi-Fi access for entertainment.

Guests can enjoy the communal swimming pool, braai facilities, and secure covered parking within the complex. The apartment is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants and is a short drive from Somerset Mall, various golf courses, and the Stellenbosch Wine Route.

Please Note: Construction work is currently taking place opposite the building and further south along the coastal road due to the development of the new promenade. This does not affect the beautiful sea views.

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT: A refundable breakage deposit of R1,500 is payable upon arrival.
