The villa is set over two levels and features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Four of the bedrooms are located on the upper level, while the fifth bedroom is situated on the living area level. Stairs connect the different levels of the home, and the swimming pool is located on the lower living-room level. The property also includes backup solar power during load-shedding periods.

The spacious open-plan living area combines the lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The lounge features a large TV and a Bose sound system, while glass fold-away doors open onto two patios with beautiful sea and mountain views. The dining area includes a 10-seater table, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a separate scullery.

Guests can enjoy several outdoor spaces, including patios, a courtyard, and a swimming pool measuring 5 x 2.5 metres with two sun loungers. A wood-burning built-in BBQ is available for outdoor dining. The villa also offers a fireplace in the lounge and in the main bedroom.

General amenities include wireless internet, an alarm system linked to an armed response unit, a digital safe, and air conditioning in all bedrooms. All linen, towels, and beach towels are provided, along with hairdryers, liquid soap, and shower gel. Secure parking includes a single garage and one off-street parking space. Housekeeping is included from Monday to Friday, while weekend and public holiday cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost.
