Not up to the website's standard that we have experiened in the last 10 plus years. Very dissappointing, we did not get what we expected and your description was very inaccurate. There were many issues that need attention, especially the fridge, I have mailed Yonela details - overpriced for what was in the unit.

Hi Lynette, I do apologise that you feel this way. We haven’t had any previous complaints regarding the description of the unit, and this is the first time a guest has raised these concerns. We currently have guests staying in the unit who have been there for the past 2½ weeks. We arranged for the fridge to be checked, as we take any maintenance concerns seriously. The current guests advised us that the fridge was working perfectly and that there was no need for an electrician to attend. Based on this feedback, the issue could not be replicated. I was also surprised by the cleanliness rating, as we pride ourselves on maintaining our units to a high standard, and cleanliness is something we consistently receive positive feedback on. With regards to security, the complex has 24/7 on-site security. The location is also accurately reflected in our listing and on the location pin. The unit is situated just a short walk across the road from the beach, exactly as advertised. Regarding customer service, I’m also a little confused by your rating. You came to our office and we spent over an hour discussing your concerns. During that time, we listened to your feedback, offered to inspect any issues you had raised, and also offered you a complimentary clean and linen change in an effort to make your stay more comfortable. Lastly, the unit is represented accurately in our listing, and the photos shown are of the actual unit. We genuinely try our best to ensure every guest has a wonderful stay, which is why we are disappointed to receive your review. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.
