5C Sandra Place offers self-catering accommodation on a lovely property in Ballito, just 100 m from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Accommodation is available in a Main House and a separate self-contained Flatlet, which can be rented together for groups of up to 11 guests.

The Main House accommodates up to 9 guests and comprises 4 upstairs bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area opens via sliding doors onto a patio and lawn with sea views.

The Flatlet accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 child under 10 years. It comprises 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and lounge, and is air-conditioned.

Guests have shared use of the garden and swimming pool. A domestic service can be arranged at an additional fee. Please note that 2 cats live on the property.
