7 Tontiki is a lovely apartment situated in a secure complex in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. The complex is situated on the beachfront and offers direct and private access to the beach and the promenade, as well as being within walking distance to various restaurants and shops.
The apartment features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, a bath, a toilet and a basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet and a basin. The first and second bedrooms each have air-conditioning. Linen and bath towels are provided, but guests are required to bring along their own beach towels as well as kitchen cloths.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble-dryer, toaster, cutlery and crockery.
The lounge has comfortable couches, a TV and a dining table with ample seating where guests can enjoy their meals together.
The complex is secure and is accessed via remote control. The complex feature a communal swimming pool and braai that guests can make use of. A covered parking bay is available.
