A little gem with all the comfort in the world at your fingertips. I really enjoyed staying at 8 at Marina Sands. It was a quiet area and even the neighbours at the complex were very friendly. The host was very helpful. The beach is a stone's throw away and you can even hear the waves at night. It was away from the main road so it helped with managing unnecessary noise from the traffic. The convenience of having a 24-hour Okay grocery store nearby also helped a lot. The Spar is close by and there are endless restaurants to choose from just one street away.

Comfortable but not restful. The apartment was neat and clean. I would have recommended this apartment if it was not for the live music bar which is next to the apartment. It was impossible to get sleep as the live music would play until the early parts of the morning. So after a long day of exploring Cape Town, it was impossible for my family and me to get sleep due to the extremely loud live music.
