8 Milkwood, a spacious ground-floor duplex self-catering apartment in Shakas Rock, conveniently situated just across the road from the beach. Ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests, this well-appointed holiday home offers comfortable accommodation and beautiful sea views.
The apartment comprises 4 bedrooms. The ground-floor bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. Upstairs, the main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. This room opens onto the spacious patio. The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, is air-conditioned, and also has direct access to the patio. The third upstairs bedroom contains 2 single beds and air conditioning. A separate bathroom upstairs is fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin.
The fully equipped kitchen is located upstairs and includes a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, tea- and coffee-making facilities, as well as crockery and cutlery, providing everything needed for a convenient self-catering stay. The open-plan living area offers comfortable seating, air conditioning, and a Smart TV where guests can log in to their own DStv streaming account, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Step out onto the large upstairs patio, where you can enjoy beautiful sea views, prepare meals on the gas braai, or unwind in the comfortable outdoor seating area while soaking up the coastal atmosphere.
