Regarding the chair, it unfortunately broke during normal use. Our furniture is standard guesthouse furniture, well-maintained, and suitable for typical use. The broken chair leg was discovered after check-out by our cleaning staff. The matter was handled calmly and respectfully, without any personal intent.
We always aim to provide a welcoming and comfortable environment and to address any damages fairly. We regret that this situation affected your experience.
Please note that more upmarket rooms are available, but this particular room was chosen for your stay. Another room was offered on the first day, but the cost was a factor for the client. For reference, the net amount per person for this booking was very low, providing excellent value for a mini-budget holiday.
