Addo Park View - Sundaze Riverside House offers self-catering accommodation, and is situated on the outskirts of Colchester. The property boasts stunning views of the Sundays River and the Addo Elephant Park from the viewing deck.

This fully furnished holiday home can accommodate 12 guests, and comprises 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a shower en-suite; the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds; the third bedroom has a double bed, the fourth room contains 1 single bed and 1 double bed, and the fifth room has 3 single beds. The second and third bathrooms each have a shower.

The spacious and well-equipped kitchen contains the necessary appliances to cook meals. The open-plan living area leads out to the backyard, which features a fenced swimming pool, a built-in braai area, and a viewing deck where guests can admire the river and park.

The house also boasts a spacious indoor entertainment area that has a pool table, a table tennis table, dartboard, and a sound system. Secure parking is available.

The hosts are also able to book river cruises, canoe trips, sandboarding and safari trips into Addo Park for guests.

No parties, events, loud music or extra visitors are allowed at this accommodation.

Damage Deposit
A R2500 damage deposit is required and will be refunded within 7 working days after check-out, provided no damages, losses, or rule violations occur.
Entertainment Equipment Deposit
A R500 cash deposit is required to rent table tennis, pool balls, cues, and darts. This can be paid at the restaurant and will be refunded upon return of the equipment in good condition.

Keys:
Collect your keys at A Taste of Africa Restaurant, next to the KwikSpar and BP petrol station in Colchester. Please bring IDs or passports for all adult guests.
Indemnity Form:
Must be completed upon key collection at A Taste of Africa Restaurant.
