Unwelcoming, no value for money. I did not enjoy the stay. The room was tiny for the price charged and the reception was unwelcoming. I asked if there was a food kiosk and was directed to walk to the garage. I needed to leave at 6 am, was at reception at 20 minutes to 6 and there was no one there. I had to wait 20 minutes and still no one. The gate opened at 6 by itself (knowing now that someone had opened the gate from inside the building and not even bothering to speak in person) - I still had to walk around the grounds looking for someone to hand in my room key. Very pleasant but not wheelchair friendly at all. They said they were wheelchair friendly except in the bathrooms that were not true at all they are not wheelchair friendly at all.
