AfriCamps at Gowan Valley offers a unique boutique glamping experience set in the heart of the picturesque Midlands Meander, making this ideal for a memorable holiday with family and friends.
This camp offers guests a choice of two tent types.
Glamping Tents:
Each AfriCamps tent consists of a spacious open-plan lounge area with a couch, a dining area with a solid wooden table and seating for five guests, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms that comfortably sleep five guests, and a bathroom complete with a hot shower, toilet and washbasin. Both bedrooms are furnished with an extra-length queen-size bed and have their own private entrance, which allows maximum privacy. One of the bedrooms also contains a single bunk bed. Our tents are equipped with an indoor fireplace and air-conditioning, and a private outdoor wood-fired hot tub.
Premium Tents:
Designed for couples, our spacious premium tent offers a relaxing air-conditioned open-plan space with lush finishes including a king-size bed, an indoor fireplace, luxurious lounge chairs and a modern kitchen with cooking island. Glass doors on two sides of the tent open onto a spacious L-shape deck with a netted hammock, outdoor wood-fired hot tub and a braai. The en suite bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower.
