As the owner of Albert Road Garden Guesthouse, I would like to take this opportunity to both apologise for any unpleasant experience you may have had and to engage with you to address the issues as raised in your review.
Our staff and management team strive on offering and delivering exceptional service to all of our guests, and when a guest feels they have not experienced that, we are humble enough to apologise, and do everything possible to rectify any shortcomings which may have occurred.
That said, we upgraded your "room only" booking from a budget room to our large double room on a good will basis at no extra cost, this being due to the fact that we were quiet and wanted to enhance your experience with us. Breakfast was not included in your booking through the booking platform. Breakfast was requested for morning of 24th and subsequently cancelled by way of your whats-app to our duty manager. I am not aware of any further specific requests for breakfasts.
Our ISP is Telkom Fibre with an upload / download speed of 150/150 Mbps.
