Description
Alikreukel B26 is a charming self-catering apartment situated in a secure complex in Hartenbos, approximately 200 m from the ATKV main beach. The property is conveniently located within close proximity to shops, restaurants, the ATKV amusement park, and the heated swimming pool, making it an ideal choice for a coastal getaway.
The apartment is located on the third floor and can accommodate 6 guests. It comprises 3 bedrooms, a loft area, and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom contains a double bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. Guests in these rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. The third bedroom is a loft room and contains a single bed, while the loft area also features a sleeper couch. These 2 sleeping areas share the second bathroom, which is fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available in the loft area.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, basic cutlery and crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A central island with seating and a dishwasher is also available. The living area offers comfortable seating and a TV with selected DStv channels and access to Netflix, using guests’ own login details. An indoor braai area is also available.
The complex offers coin-operated laundry facilities, as well as access to a communal swimming pool and outdoor braai area. Parking is available for 1 vehicle. Please note that there is no lift in the complex and access to the apartment is via stairs only.
