Allie @ Hemelblauw is a little house located on the farm Hemelblauw and offers views over a pristine fynbos landscape where the Outeniqua and Langeberge mountains come together. This is the ideal place for guests seeking a relaxing getaway.
The home comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating 4 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.
The open-plan living space features a dining table with chairs, a lounge furnished with comfortable couches, and a kitchen fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, and oven. Additionally, there is a wood stove in the kitchen.
24-hour electricity is provided by a solar system and complimentary Wi-Fi is available. There is a double carport for secure parking. The house remains cool inside on hot summer days, and there is a veranda and a large fish pond which further add to the peaceful atmosphere. There is a boma with a braai area for cooking under the stars.
Guests can enjoy bird watching, walking, cycling, meditation, or yoga. Only 10 km further is the Karoo, where guests can explore restaurants and other attractions in villages such as Van Wyksdorp or Calitzdorp. The property is also located near the Jakkalsvlei Wine Estate.
