Aloe Ridge Luxury Villa Eden Rock Luxury Estate is a modern self-catering villa situated within the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in Pennington. The property offers a comfortable seaside escape, ideal for guests seeking a relaxed break away from the city.
The double-storey villa can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a walk-in closet as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, while guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area comprises a kitchen, dining space, and lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area offers seating for 6 guests, while the lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv Essential channels. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the villa.
The living area opens onto a patio through stacking doors and features outdoor seating, sun loungers, braai facilities, a private swimming pool (not fenced), and a Jacuzzi. Secure parking is provided behind a remote-controlled gate. The estate is located next to Selborne Golf Club and within close proximity to the beach and restaurants.
A backup inverter and JoJo tanks are available during load shedding and water shortages. The villa is serviced except on Sundays and public holidays. Additional services such as spa treatments, tours, and transfers can be arranged. A French restaurant is located within the estate. A surcharge applies for Jacuzzi use, and the property is not suitable for children under 8 years old.
