Description

Alpha One 203 is a modernly designed self-catering apartment ideally situated at the foot of Signal Hill overlooking Sea Point. The property is located within close proximity of the beach, local shops, and popular restaurants.

The apartment can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features direct access to a balcony boasting beautiful sea views. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. A shared bathroom is provided for the units and is fitted with a bath, a shower, a double washbasin, and a toilet. Clean linen and towels are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and cutlery and crockery. Meals can be enjoyed at the 6-seater dining table. The air-conditioned lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV. High-speed fibre Wi-Fi access is available, and power is maintained by backup generators during interruptions.

The living area flows out onto a balcony which features outdoor seating with uninterrupted sea views. On-site facilities include a communal swimming pool with panoramic views, a wine cellar, and a museum.
