Description

Situated on the banks of the Orange River, Alphen River Lodge offers a great escape for family and friends. Located 33 km from Colesberg, this is a great option for a peaceful getaway while overlooking the 1.8 km of private riverfrontage.

This property can comfortably accommodate a total of 7 guests at a time comprising 3 en-suite bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a single bed, while the other 2 bedrooms both contain 2 single beds. One of these bedrooms is in a separate building. A shower, washbasin and toilet are available in each en-suite bathroom. All linen and bath towels are provided.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The cosy lounge space has comfy seating and a fireplace. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

This living area opens onto a covered wooden deck with an outdoor dining table which creates a great spot for guests to unwind and enjoy a sundowner. This wooden deck leads down to a boma where guests can gather around the fire at night.
