Description

AlteMooi offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished 4-bedroom house, situated in Breedezicht Estate in the coastal town of Witsand. Guests can enjoy lovely panoramic views of the Breede River Estuary from almost every window in the house.

The house comprises 2 levels. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, one of which is en suite. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 double bunks for children. There is a large second bathroom with a bath, basin and shower. A lovely south-facing balcony leads off all 3 bedrooms, and is ideal for sundowners or a morning coffee, or just to relax, sunbathe or read.

Downstairs comprises a spacious living area with a bar area and built-in braai facilities, plus a separate dining room. The open-plan kitchen, with scullery, is equipped for self-catering with a gas hob, electric oven, double-door fridge-freezer, and microwave.

The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor, and contains a double bed and a guest bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin.

The house offers a fully enclosed back garden and sparkling blue swimming pool. There is ample parking. The garage is only available to guests booking for 10 days or longer.

The estate offers playground areas with swings and jungle gyms for children. The house is suitable for 6 adults and 4 children.
