Beautiful, quiet hotel, friendly staff and security. Disappointed by cleaners. TV is not working, no microwave, no fridge. Towels were not changed and bedding was not changed on our 2nd day. Mugs were rinsed from the basin and placed back still dirty outside. Our room was not vacuumed and the dustbin was not taken out. Hygiene must be your first priority for your guests. Great staff and a high level of security, very friendly. It's a great place to be, very quiet.
