The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, stove, tumble dryer, toaster, and kettle. A breakfast bar with seating is available, separating the living area from the kitchen. The living area features a TV with DStv premium, comfortable seating, and an enclosed balcony with seating and bi-folding windows.
The property has an inverter for load shedding that keeps basic amenities such as the TV and lights on and ensures that guests can charge devices.
