Hot tub great, view ok, but scrapyard/junkyard a big no-no. Huge potential on these units. Unfortunately, a complete lack of maintenance and what can only be described as a scrapyard at the main entrance, along with building rubble and junk left lying all over, makes this a place to avoid.
