Avemore Le Verger Manor House is situated in a peaceful, shaded corner of the Stellenbosch Winelands in Devon Valley, with far-reaching views over olive groves, vineyards, and the Helderberg Mountains. This private manor house forms part of a tranquil estate spanning more than 12 hectares of wild gardens, olive orchards, and a freshwater dam, offering a relaxed countryside setting within easy reach of Cape Town International Airport.
The manor house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, and each has an en-suite bathroom fitted with either a shower and toilet or a bath, shower, and toilet. A comfortable and spacious layout is provided, making the property suitable for families or small groups travelling together.
The self-catering kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, gas stove, microwave, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living areas are fitted with Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and a smart TV, where guests may log in to their own streaming accounts. Additional features include a pizza oven, a private wood-fired hot tub, a braai area, and access to a communal swimming pool. A backup power system is available during load shedding, and secure parking is provided with controlled access via an electric gate, electric fencing, and on-site security support.
