Azure Horizons is a newly built coastal home situated within the secure Shelley Point Estate, less than 100 m from Kayak Beach, affectionately known as "Little Greece". The area is celebrated for its crystal-blue waters, inviting swimming spots, and distinctive West Coast charm. Guests have access to the estate’s safe beaches and its 9-hole golf course, making the property ideal for both relaxation and outdoor activities. Here, guests can enjoy a tranquil coastal retreat while exploring the scenic surroundings and local attractions.
The home comprises 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second and third bedrooms each contain a king-size bed with en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. A guest bathroom fitted with a toilet is also provided. Indoor and outdoor braai areas are thoughtfully positioned for comfortable entertaining, while an upstairs pyjama lounge with a kitchenette and dedicated workspace opens onto a balcony with outdoor seating, providing a relaxed space for evenings.
At the heart of the property, the light-filled open-plan living area allows the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces to flow seamlessly together. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and all necessary crockery and cutlery, enabling guests to enjoy casual breakfasts or shared evening meals. Multiple living areas are furnished to offer spaces for socialising or quiet relaxation.
Practical amenities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, and robot vacuums. Entertainment is provided through three Smart TVs, as well as Alexa and Bluetooth speakers located in the bar area and pyjama lounge. Outside, a private heated swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable outdoor furniture, creating a relaxed setting for daytime lounging. Guests are also welcome to make use of the stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, board games, and bar area, providing additional variety and enjoyment throughout their stay.
