Description

Bateleur Nature Reserve is situated in Nylstroom, Limpopo. The reserve offers you the freedom to be on your own in the bush to live and explore as you wish. In so doing, gain a more intimate knowledge of, and be entertained by the Waterberg's unique eco-system.

Accommodation comprises 5 cottages, 1 farmhouse and 2 basic, overnight units. All units are self-catering and come equipped with comfortable beds and a bathroom.

On-site facilities include braai areas, conferencing facilitates, wheelchair friendly and secure parking. Guests are welcome to enjoy some of the on-site activities which include game viewing, bird watching, mountain biking, swimming in the dams and fishing - catch and release. Bateleur Nature Reserve is also famous for its SAHTOA accredited Stamvrug Hiking Trails, consisting of 7 different circular and day trails, laid out among the Waterberg Kloofs and Escarpments.

Nearby activities in the area include horse riding, bird watching, game drives and mountain biking.
