Great location, needs TLC. Beach cove is perfectly situated, just off the beach with awesome views from the deck. I love the cordoned-off garden for my dogs. We had a great time. It is feeling rather grubby though, in desperate need of some TLC, fixes to electricity - kept tripping, shower downstairs hot tap didn't work, lights in the 3rd bedroom and at the bottom of the stairs did not work. Due to the low cost and location, we overlooked these items and enjoyed our stay regardless.
