Beachfront Studio is a self-catering unit located in a quiet Cul De Sac on the beach in Melkbosstrand, with uninterrupted views of Robbin Island and Table Mountain. With private, direct beach access, it’s perfect for seaside walks, sunsets, and the ultimate coastal escape. Ideal for a romantic breakaway for couples, yet on Van Strand Beach kiting surfing, windsurfing and surfing spot.
The spacious lounge is open plan to the well-equipped kitchen, which features an air fryer, induction plates, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The dining area seats 6, and the lounge includes a smart TV and free Wi-Fi for entertainment.
The open-plan bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. Downstairs is a workspace which includes two additional single beds.
Guests have access to secure garage parking. The studio is conveniently located near local shops, award-winning restaurants, cafés, and the Atlantic Beach Golf Club. Cape Town’s city center and Table Mountain are just a short drive away.
