We were sorry to hear that the guest felt there was no hot water during their stay. As no other guests had reported any issues, we were confident that the hot water system was functioning properly.
The concern was only mentioned at check-out. We offered to accompany the guest to the room to investigate immediately, but he was in a hurry and needed to leave. We then checked the room ourselves and confirmed that there was indeed hot water available. We contacted the guest right away to share this information.
