Fine. We enjoyed our stay, however, I had to pay extra for sea-view rooms separately from my booking. When we were moved to the standard budget rooms for our last night it was very disappointing. There was no cold water in the shower, the quality was drastically different from the family room we got to enjoy the first few days of our stay.

I (Tracy) explained that Sea Facing Rooms will be available for 3 nights, and you will have to move to Standard Budget Rooms on your last night. There will be a difference in the rates as Sea Facing Rooms are a bit more expensive than non-sea facing ones. We agreed that you will pay the difference on check-in. The matter of the shower being cold was only reported in the morning when you were checking out, and the maintenance guy did fix it that day. We offered you another bathroom with a shower to use that same morning when the matter was reported, and I did apologise for the issue that was raised.
