Bella Vista is a spacious self-catering apartment located in a secure complex in Langstrand, along the Namibian coast between Swakopmund and Walvis Bay. It offers stunning views of both the ocean and the desert.
This duplex apartment accommodates 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet, as well as beautiful coastal views. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. Guests in the second and third bedrooms share a second bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet.
The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, 2 fridge-freezers, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided. The kitchen features stacking windows that open onto a balcony service area, creating a delightful indoor-outdoor experience. There is a dining area with a table for 6, and the lounge offers comfortable seating and a TV with all DStv channels.
The living area leads to a large balcony divided into two sections. The first section, connected to the kitchen via stacking windows, has seating for 4 guests. The second section features a built-in braai (barbecue) and a dining area with seating for 4. Guests can enjoy the sunrise over the desert with a cup of coffee and the sunset over the ocean with a sundowner. The panoramic views of the sea and dunes are truly remarkable. The balcony is sheltered from the cold southwest wind due to its location. Secure parking is provided.
