Benevolence Guest Cottage is a lovely self-catering apartment, with a private entrance, situated on the owner’s property in Stellenbosch. It is ideal for a small family or a group of friends who are looking for a peaceful and convenient home base from where they can explore and enjoy this popular town.
The unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, blackout curtains and air conditioners. The first bathroom is fitted with a shower and basin, and the second bathroom is fitted with a bath and basin. Bed linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, 2-plate stove and oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment, there is a TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy a private patio with outdoor seating and an in-built jetmaster braai, and a shared swimming pool. Secure carport, gated parking is available on the premises. Various local amenities such as wine farms, shops and restaurants are within close proximity, with Stellenbosch University being approximately 1km away.
