Dear Neil, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your stay in Unit 'Cozy'. We appreciate your comments and would like to address a few points. You're right that Units 'Cozy' and 'Intimate' share the same access, but we want to assure you that even if there were guests in 'Intimate', it wouldn't have been a disturbance. 'Intimate' is designed as a self-contained unit without outdoor facilities, so occupants would have been either inside or out exploring. Meanwhile, Unit 'Cozy' has a lovely private patio with a built-in barbecue and a large lawn which we hope you enjoyed! Regarding the early departure of other guests, we have no control over guests who have to depart early to be on time for their flights. We do kindly remind all guests to be mindful of noise levels at all times, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment. Our pre-arrival correspondence highlights the various walking, hiking, and biking trails all from our doorstep. We encourage our guests to explore and enjoy the surrounding area! We also provide free WiFi with a dedicated WhatsApp number for guests to communicate with us, and we received no communication from you during your stay regarding walks, hikes etc. Lastly, we want to clarify that we respect our guests' privacy and have designated private areas where we live with our families.
