Regarding the WiFi, this is a fibre connection in a coastal area and occasional interruptions can unfortunately occur, but we do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible and can only address an issue if reported.
We take comments about bedding, cleanliness, and maintenance seriously. The concerns raised about the ceilings, windows, doors, tiles, and pizza oven trays have been noted and will be addressed with our maintenance and housekeeping teams.
The swimming pool is serviced regularly; however, as discussed when you reported this on your departure, a stone that was in the pool was blocking the Kreepy Crawly from operating and this was rectified quickly. Unfortunately, this was only reported on your departure.
As a self-catering unit, an initial supply of toilet paper is provided on arrival, with additional supplies expected to be replenished by guests during longer stays. This is standard practice. Two rolls of toilet paper were supplied for each toilet, amounting to six rolls in total.
