Bermuda 303 is a contemporary self-catering apartment located on the third floor of a secure beachfront complex in Ballito. The complex is situated on the 4 km promenade directly on Willard Beach, offering guests direct access to the beach and nearby coastal attractions.
The apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, and direct access to the balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and contains air-conditioning, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans and built-in cupboards. The bathrooms are both fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, and cutlery and crockery. The open-plan living area features a dining table, a lounge suite, and a TV with DStv channels. The lounge leads out onto a spacious patio, which features outdoor seating and a gas braai.
Communal facilities within the complex include a swimming pool, a shared braai area with beach views, and a lift for easy access. Secure parking is provided on-site with 2 allocated parking bays, including 1 undercover parking space.
