Betty is a fenced-in double-storey sleek designed home offering modern, minimalist style maximising natural light. The house is just around the corner from Beachy Head drive, less than 450 m by road to Robberg 5 Blue Flag beach.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and contains 3 en-suite bedrooms, all of which are downstairs. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an open-plan en suite with a bath, a shower, and a toilet. The second and third bedrooms each contain a king-size bed that can be converted to 2 single beds by prior request, and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin.
The upper level offers spacious living areas flowing out onto patio with views views views. There is a roof-top deck, accessed via a spiral staircase, that offers 360-degree views including the sea, beach, mountain ranges, and Plett residential area including green belt.
The house offers a hot-and-cold beach shower, to rinse off after a day on the beach. Single garage parking is provided, as well as additional parking for another vehicle. Please note very steep driveway. The house is protected by an alarm system with beams. A weber braai is provided. Netflix on offer, with DStv Now app, using own login to access.
