Beyond Misty Cliffs Studio offers comfortable accommodation for two guests in an ultra-stylish beach house, surrounded by the unspoilt natural beauty of Misty Cliffs in Cape Town’s Deep South.

The separate, self-contained studio is located on the lower level of the property and offers privacy for 2 guests. Sliding doors open onto a private front terrace that boasts uninterrupted ocean views.

The studio features an ocean-facing sleeping area furnished with a queen-size bed, alongside a bathroom fitted with both a bath and a shower with sea views. The living area includes comfortable lounge chairs and a sofa.

The compact kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and a fridge. Please note that the studio does not feature a stove, hob, or oven, making it suitable only for preparing drinks, snacks, and simple microwave meals.

Additional amenities include double-glazed windows, fibre Wi-Fi, and an alarm system. During the winter months, a heater and an electric blanket are provided for added comfort. The property is equipped with a solar system and backup batteries to provide an uninterrupted power supply, ensuring guests are not affected by load-shedding or short-term power failures.

Guests can fall asleep to the sound of the waves, relax on the terrace, and watch for dolphins, whales, seals, and abundant birdlife, while enjoying spectacular Atlantic sunsets and clear, star-filled skies.
