Birdhaven - Spoonbill Stay is a beautiful modern holiday home situated in the secure Langebaan Country Golf Estate. This house is located close to a large playground and has picturesque views of the lagoon, golf course, and conservation areas.
This double storey property comfortably accommodates 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom, located on the top level, has a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, and direct access to a balcony. There is also a guest toilet with a shower on this floor. Downstairs, the second bedroom has a double bed and shares a bathroom with a shower and bath with the third and fourth bedrooms. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom has a double bed and a TV. Linen and towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The top level features an open-plan living area with a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, a breakfast bar, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area and a lounge with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. This level also includes a bar with 2 bar fridges and an indoor braai room with stacker doors.
The patio offers an outdoor dining table, bar fridge, gas braai, and pizza oven, overlooking the fenced backyard and golf course. The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles, and guests have access to a pool table, washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer in the garage. Langebaan Country Estate provides additional amenities, including a communal swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, tennis courts, putt-putt, and an 18-hole golf course.
