Located near Bothastrand Beach in Great Brak River, the property offers easy access to the beach, lagoon, walking trails, and some of the Garden Route’s most beautiful natural attractions.
The home accommodates up to 8 adults and 6 children across 5 bedrooms. Two master bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and feature en-suite bathrooms fitted with showers, while one of these rooms also includes a cot. A third bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and a fourth bedroom is furnished with 2 extra-length single beds. These rooms share a full bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The fifth bedroom is a dormitory-style room with 3 child-only bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.
Designed for relaxed indoor-outdoor living, the home features spacious open-plan living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle and microwave and a second entertainment area with a kitchenette, including a kettle, airfryer, ice machine and large dining table. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, wood-fired hot tub, rooftop braai area, outdoor dining spaces, balconies, and uninterrupted views of the ocean, beach, mountains, and Mossel Bay.
Additional amenities include Smart TVs with Netflix and full DStv, a Bluetooth sound system, pool table, free Wi-Fi, solar power backup, bar facilities, beach and swimming towels, and secure parking. The property also offers CCTV, security beams, an alarm system, and armed-response security for added peace of mind.
Please note that the owners reside on the ground floor in a completely separate section of the property with their own private entrance and living space. Guests have exclusive access to all upper levels and outdoor entertainment areas. Visitors are kindly requested to respect neighbouring properties and keep noise levels to a minimum.
