Description

Blue Crane House is a self-catering house situated high up in the McGregor Mountains. The property is ideal for a family getaway and offers scenic mountain views.

The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, and 1 separate guest bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom can be furnished with either 2 single beds or a king-sized bed on request. The first en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath, a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin, while the second en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. The remaining rooms share access to the guest bathroom, which is fitted with a bath, a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin.

The open-plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge space. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, an air-fryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a gas stove, a kettle, and a toaster. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable seating area, a working fireplace, and a TV. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided.

The living area leads out to an undercover patio that is furnished with an outdoor dining table, a couch, and a built-in braai. An additional open patio with outdoor seating is also available. On-site facilities include a garden and a wood-fired Kolkol hot tub (a later addition to the garden). The wood fired Kolkol hot tub is situated within the private garden and secluded, only a short distance from the house. Two complimentary bags of firewood are provided upon arrival, and additional wood can be arranged on-site, subject to availability.
